Laura Shore embarked on her "third act" in upstate New York in 2013. After retiring from a career in marketing she began building connections within her local community and painting full time, with a focus on local food, farming, and the agricultural landscape. Her project, Farm Share Studio, donates 10% of its proceeds annually to organizations that support farmers and landscape conservation.
Laura maintains a studio in Altamont, New York. Her paintings have been exhibited widely in the capital region. Recognizing that not all art lovers can afford original art, Laura produces meticulously crafted archival giclée prints in open editions.
